TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Here you will find Vík Prjónsdóttir Terms and Conditions regarding our online store. If you have any questions don´t hesitate to contact us at store@vikprjonsdottir.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

PAYMENT

All prices are in US dollars and to make things simple and safe we use Paypal where you can pay with credit card. Customers will be transferred to the Paypal site to complete payment. It´s also no problem if you prefer to use bank transfer – then we ask you to e–mail us at store@vikprjonsdottir.com and we will reply with further information.

 

SHIPPING COST AND DELIVERY TIME

All orders are shipped directly from our factory in Vík within 3 working days, providing they are in stock. If the product is not available in stock we will need to produce it specially for you and that can take up to three weeks. Orders are sent through our national post company Iceland Post via airmail. Delivery time can vary depending on destination; any delay on their behalf is not the responsibility of Vík Prjónsdóttir. Shipping cost is free to Europe, US and Canada. With orders outside these regions freight will be charged according to the current prices published by Iceland Post. Please be aware that any duties and taxes charged at customs are the responsibility of the customer to pay. 

 

RETURN POLICY

We truly hope you wont have to return your package. Returns are possible only in case of damaged or defective merchandise.  We kindly ask you to contact us immediately at store@vikprjonsdottir.com if you receive a damaged or defective item. These items will be replaced with an identical item after the damaged one has arrived back to us. If the goods were damaged in shipping, please do save the goods and their original wrappings and contact us straight away. In any other cases, returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

APPEARANCE

Please be aware that colours can vary slightly from what they appear on your computer. Also note that all our products are produced by hand and machine in the factory Víkurprjón so products may vary slightly in appearance.
